Our Rates

Included

All rates include VAT, water and electricity consumption, heating, linen, and tourist tax.
Arrivals are from 3 PM, departures before 10 AM.

Booking Procedure

If you request a booking and your dates are available, we will send you an invoice for the stay within 48 hours. The invoice is for the entire stay and includes the rental amount as well as the final cleaning fee and the security deposit.
• Within 7 days of the invoice being sent by email, 30% of the rent (the down payment) and the security deposit must be paid. Upon receipt of this amount, we will send confirmation and your reservation will be final.
• The remainder of the rent, i.e., 70%, is due 30 days before the start of the stay. Upon receipt, we will send another confirmation, along with details for your arrival.
The invoice plus all email correspondence constitute the rental agreement.

Maintenance Fees

The maintenance fee is 65€ per stay.
Cleaning is mandatory and is always carried out by us. The objective is to present a disinfected house to each visitor.

At the end of your stay, we kindly ask you to do basic cleaning, wash the dishes, and take household waste to communal bins.

Security Deposit

The paid security deposit will be returned within one week after departure, after deduction of cleaning fees and any other incidental costs.

Cancellation Policy

We advise you to take out travel cancellation insurance. All transactions are governed by our general terms and conditions.

Booking Fees

We do not charge booking fees.

Financial Transactions

All payments are made by bank transfer or cheque (for French residents).

Holiday Vouchers

We accept holiday vouchers with a 10€ fee per stay
