The "La Crêpe Au Sud" restaurant has been located in the heart of the Provençal village of Nyons since 2013. Specializing in buckwheat galettes (gluten-free) and traditional Breton wheat crêpes, the restaurant also offers traditional cuisine featuring delicious meat and fish dishes prepared exclusively with fresh ingredients. During the season—from April to October—Chef Ronan also offers delicious meal-sized salads.
